The Kapha Ritual is built to awaken and clarify. Every product here is formulated with stimulating, purifying botanicals that get things flowing again, in your skin and in your energy. Infused with Reiki energy by me, each step is designed to lift the heaviness and

The Ritual
1. RELEASE · Ayurvedic Cleansing Balm Cuts through congestion and buildup without stripping. How to use: warm between your palms and press into the skin, then rinse with warm water. Work in brisk, upward circles to get the circulation moving.
2. AWAKEN · Ayurvedic Moringa and Amla Detoxifying Mask Draws out congestion and clarifies dull, blocked skin. How to use: mix with warm water into a paste. Apply and leave for ten minutes, then rinse. Use 2 to 3 times a week. This is the step that changes
everything.
3. ATTUNE · Hydrate Lavender Chamomile Hydrosol Purifying and balancing, without adding heaviness. How to use: mist lightly after cleansing. Kapha skin needs less, so a light layer is enough.
4. GROUND · C-Glow Sea Buckthorn Face Oil A lightweight, fast-absorbing oil that brightens without clogging. How to use: warm 2 drops between your palms and press into the skin. A little is plenty for Kapha. Finish with upward strokes to keep everything moving.
