Your Pitta Ritual (Tejas · Cooling Radiance)

Your skin has been asking for this.

Your skin reflects everything you are carrying. Pitta skin is the most radiant of all the doshas when it is balanced, warm-toned, luminous, and alive. But Pitta is also the most honest. It responds to stress, heat, and intensity before your mind has registered them. Redness. Sensitivity. That heat in your face after a difficult conversation.

This is not your skin misbehaving. It is your nervous system communicating.

The Pitta Ritual is built to cool from within. Every product here is formulated with soothing, cooling botanicals chosen to work on the same pathways as the stress response itself: blue tansy, rose, tulsi, fennel. Infused with Reiki energy by me, each step is an invitation to let the fire find its balance. When it does, that is when your real radiance rises.

Pitta skin does not need to be managed. It needs to be understood. The fire that makes you passionate and driven is the same energy that shows up in your skin. Learn to work with it, not against it.” Kalpana, Reiki Master and Founder

The Ritual

1. RELEASE · Ayurvedic Cleansing Balm Cleanses without stripping. Tulsi calms as it cleanses, so Pitta skin never feels stripped. How to use: apply in slow, circular strokes with cool water. No tugging, no rushing. Let the tulsi do the calming work. Pitta skin responds to gentleness above all else.

2. AWAKEN · Ayurvedic Fennel and Rose Cooling Mask Fennel cools internal heat. Rose soothes visible redness. How to use: once a week, mix with cool rosewater into a paste. Apply and leave for ten minutes with your eyes closed, breathing slowly through the nose. Feel the heat softening. This is the step that changes everything.

3. ATTUNE · Hydrate Rose Tulsi Hydrosol Rose is classified as cooling in Ayurveda. Tulsi calms the nervous system and the skin together. How to use: mist generously immediately after cleansing. Let the mist settle before you reach for the oil.

4. GROUND · Calming Blue Face Oil Blue tansy is rich in azulene, one of nature’s most soothing botanicals for reactive skin. How to use: warm 2 drops between your palms. Take three slow breaths before applying, to signal to your nervous system that the
stress response can end. Press gently upward. Never rub.
