The Ritual
RELEASE · Ayurvedic Cleansing Balm - Use cool water. Apply in slow, circular strokes - no tugging, no rushing. Let the tulsi do the calming work. Pitta skin responds to gentleness above all else.
AWAKEN · Ayurvedic Fennel & Rose Cooling Mask - Once a week: mix with cool rosewater. Apply and leave for ten minutes with your eyes closed. Breathe slowly through the nose. Feel the heat softening. This is the most important step in your week.
ATTUNE · Hydrate - Rose Tulsi Hydrosol - Mist generously immediately after cleansing. The rose begins cooling. The tulsi calms. Both are working. Let the mist settle before reaching for the oil.
GROUND · Calming Blue Face Oil - Two drops warmed gently between your palms. Take three slow breaths before applying - this signals to your nervous system that the stress response can end. Press gently upward. Do not rub.
